Winter menu

When creating our menu, we believe it's important to follow the seasons. We consider seasonal vegetable offerings and choose as many Dutch-grown products as possible.

 

Using seasonal vegetables is obviously better for the environment, but they're also so much more flavorful! In autumn, at Oogst, these include pumpkin, parsnip, cauliflower, beetroot, pointed cabbage, carrots, and locally grown quinoa.

 

It's autumn, and that means we're enjoying warm and nutritious dishes at Oogst. Our menu features three homemade stews and a changing soup of the day – all made with seasonal ingredients, harvested locally whenever possible.

Of course, our favorite meal wraps and salads will remain on the menu: fresh, colorful and exactly as you expect from us.

 

All products are freshly prepared daily using traditional methods, without added sugars or additives. If you have an allergy, please let us know, and we'll adjust your order accordingly.

Salads and Bowls

soft goat cheese - 14.50

spinach, whole wheat quinoa, sweet potato-parsnip mix, bell pepper , cooked beetroot, goat cheese, walnuts, pomegranate seeds, spring onion and honey balsamic dressing.

spinach, lentil stew with tomato, sweet and sour cucumber, carrot, broccoli, marinated tempeh, avocado, mango, cashew nuts, spring onion, fresh coriander and coconut masala dressing.

lettuce mix, whole wheat rice, carrot julienne, soybeans, sweet and sour cucumber, smoked salmon flakes, avocado, wakame, mango, sesame mix, fried onions, soy sauce with sriracha mayonnaise.

our soup is served with organic spelt bread and butter. Check our chalkboard for the soup of the day or give us a call.

Moroccan vegetable stew - 14.50

warm vegetable stew with eggplant, parsnip, bell pepper, sweet potato, tomato, chickpeas, apricots, pomegranate seeds and a mint-parsley yogurt dip with Lebanese flatbread.

Mexican bean stew - 14.50

warm bean stew with sweet potato, corn, bell pepper, carrot, picco de gallo, guacamole dip and warm whole wheat rice.

pumpkin lentil curry - 14.50

warm vegetable curry with pumpkin, cauliflower, carrot, green lentils, sweet and sour cucumber, cashews, and a mint-parsley yogurt dip with Lebanese flatbread.
